Interior Restaurant
Through the synthesis of its design and its menu, Nestos Estiatorio seeks to imbue its patrons with the spirit of the northern Greek province for which the restaurant is named. The restaurant’s exterior takes full advantage of a corner location by treating its stone-and-wood clad east elevation as its main façade, and its interior relies on the colors of the Aegean sea and sky juxtaposed with distinctly modern materials and detailing.

The project’s owners/operators are Dimitri and Kirk Theofanides of Nyack NY; the architect is Silarski & Reed LLP of Nyack NY and the consultants are Blue Sky Design of New York NY (structural engineering) and Maser Consulting of West Nyack NY (civil engineering).
